Hotel policies

Since hotel policies regarding early check-in (generally before 1:00 pm) or late checkout (generally after 10:00 AM) vary by location and by hotel, please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found on your confirmation email or on the hotel information page.

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process. And for more about cancellation policy, please contact the hotel directly.

Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.

Although individual hotel policies may vary, most hotels have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the respective hotel information page.

We’ll do everything possible to accommodate your request. Please note all special requests in the “Add comment” area when making a reservation on our website.

Housekeeping services are available. Shoe shine service is offered to guests upon request.

Stay connected during your stay with 30 MB bandwidth internet service provided throughout our guest rooms and public areas. Please log-in with your username and password provided at check-in. 

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honoured but subject to availability with additional charges.

Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. Comfort Inn reserves the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.  

As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas. We can refer you to the local pet house, while you choose to stay with us. 

Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.

Hotel provides chargeable transportation services to Airport, Railway Station and Major cities like Ahmedabad, Surat and Baroda. Guests can contact the front desk for tariffs applicable for different destinations. 


After you sign in, select “My account” and go to “My profile” to view your account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the “Request Changes” button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.

When on a hotel’s overview page, click on to the “Contact” tab. Here, you’ll find contact details for the hotel. Scroll down further to the section on how to get to the hotel. This will include a directions map.

Yes, you can book up to nine rooms at a time. Please refer to the website booking section for more information.

You will need to create an account as part of the online reservation process. It only takes a few minutes to set up your account using an email address and password. Once done, you can personalise your “My account” page with your favourite hotels and view transaction and reservation information.

Please note all preferences and requests in the “Add comment” area when making a reservation. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

We accept cash and all major payment options other than personal cheques.

Yes, we do have breakfast included in our online offerings! All rates can be accessed here. With our best rate guarantee, our direct online rate is definitely more favourable than online travel agencies such as booking.com, Agoda,  and Expedia. Simply opt for our Best Available Rate (with breakfast).

Additional comfortable thick mattresses can be ordered or requested upon arrival. The hotel does not provide beds or baby cots.

Yes, there are additional charges mentioned on the website while reserving a room or the same can be contacted at our front desk.

By default, it is per person and per room. During your online booking Process, you will get an option to choose no. of persons and no. rooms.


Guests can make a restaurant reservation on the contact numbers available on the website or write down an mail provided on the website. Please mention special occasions too if any in order to provide personalised services at least few hours prior to arrival.

Guests already booked with us can make a request for In-Room dining prior to their arrival on the same numbers provided in the “Contact Us” tab. 

In-House guests can make a request from their respective guest rooms on the extension number provided in the service directory placed in the room along with the menu.


Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the Comfort inn cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.


We are located at Garudeshwar, Ekta Nagar, Statue of Unity which is approximately 8 Kms from the statue. The google location is provided in our website, kindly refer the same.

The nearest Airport is at Vadodara, 80 Kms from the hotel.

We have all major banks at Rajpipla, 20 Kms from the hotel. However, one can find ATM’s for banking purposes.

Guests can write an E Mail or contact the numbers provided on the website to amend or cancel reservations. Please refer hotels cancellation / amendment policy.

Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your reservation before 72 hours, you will be charged a minimum of one night’s room charge and tax, billed to the credit card supplied during the reservation process. Please review our hotel Cancellation policies.
